Detailed Construction Instructions

Preparation & Printing: Download the PDF layout. Select your preferred seam allowance overlay (1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, or none) using the Adobe Acrobat layers tool, and print the pages on standard US Letter paper.
Fabric Selection & Cutting: Pin your printed templates onto your chosen plush fabric (such as minky, fleece, or soft faux fur). Cut out the integrated front and back body panels.
Facial Detailing: Before assembling the body, apply the facial features to the front head section. You can do this by hand-stitching, standard machine appliqué, or by utilizing the included machine embroidery files.
Main Assembly: Align the front and back body panels with the right sides facing together. Pin securely along the perimeter.
Stitching: Sew around the entire border using a sewing machine. Ensure you leave a designated, small opening along an inconspicuous seam (typically the side or lower back) for turning.
Inverting & Stuffing: Clip any tight curves to prevent bunching, then turn the bear right-side out through the opening. Fill the toy firmly with high-quality polyester fiberfill or hobby stuffing.
Finishing: Close the turning gap cleanly. Because of the unified pattern design, no external limbs or ears need to be hand-sewn onto the body.
